About Our Church
Ash Creek Baptist Church, located in Azle, Texas, is a vibrant and growing congregation that has ministered to its community for over 130 years. Established in 1871, Ash Creek has been a leader in establishing new congregations in the area. We offer three morning worship worship services, one at 8:15 and two at 10:45 (Contempory and Traditional) with a host of other activities. Ash Creek cooperates with other Baptist Churches through the Tarrant Baptist Association, Baptist General Convention of Texas, Southern Baptist Convention, and the Cooperative Baptist Fellowship. We are also involved in the Azle Community through the Ministerial Alliance, Community Caring Center, and Azle Chamber of Commerce. The people of Ash Creek invite you to join us each Sunday for Worship and Bible study.

We are looking for volunteers to serve in extended session. We need volunteers in both services, 8:15 and 10:45. You will serve approximately4 times in a six month period. You must be 18+ to serve in Bed Babies. You must be 13+ to serve in One's through Three's. We need 60 volunteers to make this program successful. The Campus Planning Committee will bring a report to the church at the April 13 Church Conference. It is expected at that meeting that a recommendation will be made concerningwhat facilities will be the first to be constructed in a new master plan. No vote will be taken at the meeting but there will be a series of Town Hall meetings at 4:00 p.m. on the next three Sunday afternoons, April 20, April 27, and may 4. If the church feels enough time for questions, answers, and discussion has been given and it is ready, then a recommendation and vote could be held on May 18 at the next Church Conference.
